Built by a psychologist, Ecko Health is an AI mental health platform designed to reduce admin burden and support continuity of care between sessions.
Designed as an extension of your clinical self, Ecko learns your style and remembers what matters across your caseload.
Our interview with Ecko’s Clinical Lead explores what it means to use AI in a way that strengthens rather than replaces the human side of therapy.

I am a first year psychology student. My first assignment is to ask three questions that will be relevant to my career in psychology. I would apreciate any help on these.
1. Is their a system of support in place to keep psychologists from becoming dissillusioned by their work?
2. Is there a set of guidelines taught to students in their different areas of study that can be used as a starting point in treatment?
3 Are their good tips to being a compassionate and empathitic psychologist without allowing yourself to become emotionally drained?
