By David N. Berg

Book cover of Human Collaboration at Work by David N. Berg alongside a quote: “An essential guide for anyone seeking to lead, consult, or collaborate better.

Human Collaboration at Work explores how two-person workplace relationships can unlock creative potential—or become sites of conflict and misunderstanding. Going beyond the surface of teamwork, David N. Berg offers a fresh perspective on dyadic collaboration as a foundational element of organizational life, often overlooked in the literature.

Drawing from real-world examples and decades of experience, Berg helps readers recognize the hidden dynamics that influence collaboration. Rather than avoiding friction, he encourages leaders, consultants, and teams to view differences as sources of innovation. His practical insights reveal how intentional, reflective partnerships can transform professional relationships and drive meaningful outcomes.

This insightful and accessible book is an invaluable resource for managers, executives, academics, and anyone interested in building stronger, more creative human connections at work.
