Psychological Disorder Question

Lately I haven't been feeling myself. I haven't been able to sleep through the night and I have been having strange dreams which leave me restless. Also, the littlest things which I usually happily deal with have been making me very irritable and short-tempered.

A lot of nice things have been happening to me lately and I have nothing to be upset about but I find myself upset for no reason and what used to make me happy doesn't anymore. In addition to that I find myself not wanting to do any work and what I usually would do cheerfully I do sluggishly. Are these symptoms of something? Is there something wrong?
