Child Parenting Psychology

My ex-boy friend and I have a six years old son. He is English, and lives in England, and I live in USA, but for the last six years all three of us have been vacationing together four times a year. He has his girlfriends, and I have my boyfriend.

My question is would this arrangement create any problem for our son in future. My son knows that Mum and Dad are not together anymore, but sees us acting like married couple when we are on vacation. When he visits his dad in summer, he sees that his dad is with different women. When he lives with me (rest of the year) he sees that I have my boyfriend too, and we are in love.
Parents are considered to be the first model for children to follow. Would this arrangement of vacationing together, and acting like couple derange our kids in anyway?
