Hi i am looking in to how psychoanalysis and psychology can be applied to superhero texts for an essay for my media studies degree.

I was wondering if any one had any interesting information or links but more specifically does any one have any thoughts on how chaos shadow theory can be applied to the spider-man villain Venom.

Cheers any help would be much appreciated.

Hi My Name is Sheldon

I am an Honours Psychology student in South Africa. I would also like to know if there are any "psychological profiles" of common superheroes like Superman or The Hulk. My proposal is simple - Which Superhero would best be suited to post apartheid South Africa.

All comments are welcome.
