I recently had numerous sessions with a Psychologist and she did something with me which irritated yet intrigued me.
When I walked into the room and took my seat she just looked at me stared and smiled for the longest 2-3 seconds of my life....what is this procedure called; its so unusual that it has to be part of something as its actually creepy because it coaxes me into speaking first.
Is she attempting to gear my mood etc?
I would love some feedback
Thanks.
