Language Processing Disorder?

A client of mine, she's 9, doesn't seem to be progressing at all. I am extremely worried about her, and her parents haven't gotten her a neuropsych yet. She tends to repeat the same questions over and over, some of which don't make any sense, and most of them she already knows the answers to.

She has a hard time initiating conversation, and she also seems to have a problem processing what other people are saying. Reading is very difficult for her, and she seems to be reading on a 2nd grade level. Could this be some kind of language processing disorder? She's pretty social, but I'm afraid this might affect her personal relationships.

I work with a wide variety of children around her age, and how she acts is not age appropriate. What can I do to help her?
